Can i get a refund on a purchase?

Yes.

We want to make sure you completely satisfied with your purchase. We do our best to provide accurate images and descriptions online. If for any reason you are not happy, you are welcome to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no refund for discounted items we only exchange discounted items.

Returns will be accepted within 21 days from purchase. Returns after this period may be accepted at the discretion of LAUREN CASS and may only be refunded as a store credit.

We ask that the goods are returned to us in the same condition it was sent out. This means the garments must not have been damaged, worn, altered or washed and all tags must remain attached.

Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. LAUREN CASS staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.

Please contact us immediately to notify us that you wish to return an item.

how do i return/exchange a purchase?

Making a return or exchange is easy.  Just make sure you contact to request a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number) and send your items back to us with in 21 days from the purchase date.

To request a Return Authorisation Number simply email us at enquiries@laurencass.com.au. You must provide your original order number; explain your reason for return and if you require an exchange or a refund.  If you are looking to exchange the item for a different size or colour please let us know which size or colour you would prefer.

Print out the returns note that you receive once you have a confirmation email from us, and please place with your return package.

what if the garment i purchased has a fault?

We have high standards for our quality control; all goods are checked prior to dispatch. However if you do receive faulty goods please notify us within 10 days of receiving your goods. Follow the returns process as stated above though state the goods as faulty in your email. If possible we will repair or replace faulty items, otherwise a full refund will be provided.

do you cover the cost of return shipping?

We do not refund shipping costs for goods returned, unless it is due to a fault in the garment. All shipping costs for exchanges and refunds will be the responsibility of the customer.

PLEASE NOTE: International customers will be liable for the cost of return shipping even if it is due to a fault in the garment.

Return shipping must be prepaid and a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. LAUREN CASS will not be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.

Items damaged from wear and tear will not be considered as faulty.

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted for purchases made through www.laurencass.com.au

what is the return policy for items shipped internationally?

If you are an international customer and you are unhappy with your item it is important that you contact us immediately to notify us.
